COURSE OBJECTIVE Eliminate all injuries in the workplace by eliminating all At-Risk Behavior. LEARNING OUTCOMES Create a safety culture where all employees demonstrate that they consciously and actively care for each other’s safety. SYNOPSIS This training manual has been designed to ensure that the participants will be well versed with all the necessary knowledge, skills and techniques to ensure the successful implementation of the Behavior Based Safety process. There are 10 modules which address specific components of the Behavior Based Safety process. |
