COURSE OBJECTIVE

• To guide participants on the Duties of Employer to Safeguard Safety & Health of Employees


• To enlighten participants on the Duties of Employee on safety & health matters


• To educate participants on the OSHA 1994 and FMA 1967 regulations.


• To train participants on the basic safety rules.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

This course provides the basic knowledge on the duties of employers and employees in the industries. It also exposes participants on OSH legal requirements with regards to the duties of employers and employees. This course will cover the:

• Ability to identify the relevant rules and regulations in the work environment.


• Ability to know the scope of employer's duties.


• Ability to recognize the other employers' and employees' responsibilities

SYNOPSIS

To explain to the participants regarding the duties of employer and employee. This course will elaborate more details on the duties of Employer, Employee and Self-Employed Person at a work place. In addition, this two-day course will describe the duties of designers, manufacturers, importers and suppliers as well as the legal framework relating to the duties of Employer and Employee.
