COURSE OBJECTIVE
LEARNING OUTCOMES
SYNOPSIS Tripod Beta Accident Investigation course (TBAI) is to enlighten the participant an understanding of the mechanism – “what”, “how” and “why”, leading to an accident and linking it to the hazard management process – “bowtie”. It is a very beneficial course to train workers in conducting proper accident investigation in the offshore or offshore environment. These three-day course is useful for manager level in the oil and gas industry to understand the methodology of accident investigation. |
